 Poetry Lyrics, Words...

Faint Figure
She walked confused into a solid room
Where people slept and breathed
With sighs and moaning
She was the bright star that got lost
The fire doused with petrol
Petrol don't burn here
She was invisible, unheard
She sighed, no one called
She called, no one roared
She was beauty wrapped in hate
The hate like a blazing kerosene fire
But no more fire in her eyes
No one home but the demons
The demons don't dance
Where do you look when she stares?
Beyond the stares we know
So slowly she moves
Beyond our radar of touch
She floated through our lives
Left us to die
To live perhaps
Fade out like a flame
Becoming her
Breathing her in and out
We just dream on for now
Maybe forever till never
